Terry M. McCurry, Jr., M.D.

Dr. McCurry graduated with Honors from the University of Louisville Medical School
in 1996, completed Surgery residency there in 2001, and finished his Plastic Surgery
training at the Indiana University in 2003. He was named to the Alpha Omega Alpha
Honor Society and subsequently attained his board certification in Plastic Surgery.
He returned to Louisville to join the faculty and has worked closely with the bariatric
team in treating post-weight loss patients. This work includes tummy tucks, lower
body lifts, breast lifting, augmentation or reduction, as well as arm and leg reductions.
The experience has helped him sharpen his skills for similar procedures for non-weight-loss
patients. Dr. McCurry treats and reconstructs skin cancers. Also, he performs breast
reconstruction, both implant-based and natural tissue-based forms.
Outside of medicine, Dr. McCurry plays USTA tennis and is an avid snow-skier.
